Avvenchest is based in Canada and provides services primarily for tours and travel within Canada. We make no representations that our Site or services are appropriate or available for use in other locations. Access to our Site from territories where the content is illegal is prohibited.
We may revise and update these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when posted, and apply to all access to and use of the Site thereafter. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Site shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of Canada or the courts of the Province of British Columbia.
